This is a stunningly beautiful and great hotel in a nice building. The staff is lovely and great, and the owner too. The property is set in a marvellous and incredible location really close to bakery, buses from right outside aswell and the super market. I want to say thanks for an excellent experience, would have stayed for longer.

Magnificent location, not too far from Playa de Kamari Beach. Opposite a bus stop, you can get anywhere. An electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe available in the economy triple room: D

the staff were super-friendly and exceptionally nice and kept the place clean. hopefully the room was big size and budget with impeccable decor, a nice view.

I recently stayed at Akis Hotel for a week-long vacation in Kamari. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel also provided convenient access to public transportation, with a bus stop just 30 meters away. The daily tour offered by the hotel was a great value and allowed us to explore the entire island of Santorini. The staff, including owner Mr. Akis, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge and balcony. I had a fantastic experience at Akis Hotel.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was nice with a balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The bus stop was also conveniently located just steps away from the hotel, making it easy to explore other parts of the island.

There were no major complaints during our stay. The only small issue was that the continental breakfast was an extra charge and we weren't reminded about this beforehand.

Had an excellent stay for 8 nights. Also, location was great and fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from Black Beach. Walking distance to cafés and bars, it was a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Greek-style hotel. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop right at the doorstep. The hotel had a welcoming and family-owned atmosphere, with Mr. Akis and his daughter being extremely helpful. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, a fridge, AC, and a hairdryer. I loved the cute balcony where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The area had everything I needed, with a supermarket, shops, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santorini.

Although I enjoyed my stay, I think the breakfast could be improved with more variety. Also, the small shower cabin with a curtain made showering a bit uncomfortable.
